Common questions
Are the games really free of ads?
Yes. There are no ads of any kind, and there never will be. The apps don't even have internet access, so they couldn't show ads if they wanted to.
Do hints, undo or shuffles ever run out?
No. They're unlimited and free in every game. There's no energy, lives, coins or timer.
What does "winnable deals only" mean?
With this option on (it's on when you first install), the game deals only games that a solver has proved can be won, so you don't get stuck in a hopeless game. In the rare case it can't find one quickly, it tells you plainly that the deal is random. You can turn the option off if you enjoy deals that might not be winnable.
How do I make the cards or tiles easier to see?
Open Menu › Look and choose High contrast. The games also follow your phone's text size and display size settings, and work with TalkBack.
If anything is still hard to see or use, please email us. Accessibility problems are bugs, and we fix them first.
Will my game be saved if I leave the app?
Yes. Your game is saved on your phone automatically, so you can leave, turn the phone, or restart it and carry on where you left off.
How do I move my games to a new phone?
If Android backup is on for your Google Account (Settings › System › Backup on most phones), your settings and game in progress usually come back when you set up the new phone and reinstall the game. If you paid for a game, you can reinstall it for free when you sign in with the same Google Account.
How do I delete my data?
All of it is on your phone. Uninstall the game, or go to Settings › Apps › the game › Storage and tap Clear storage. We hold nothing about you unless you've emailed us, and we'll delete that if you ask.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies. For Google Play, request a refund through Google Play. See our terms.
Why is each game a separate app?
So you install only what you play. Each app stays small and simple, and one game's update never changes another.
